Abstract: Flow chart and key issues of high quality true orthophoto generation with LiDAR data and remote sensing image, are deduced by reviewing published papers local and abroad. This paper finds out methodologies about key issues through hard work. At last, feasibility and validity are verified by experiments on real data.
